Trainers Profiles

Genefer is a personal trainer and exercise physiologist, with a Msc in Sport & Exercise Science. She is the fitness consultant for The Wolf Run (www.thewolfrun.com) and is a director of BodyPro. Genefer enjoys the opportunity to work with clients who take their training seriously, endurance sports being her special interest. She also works with many pre and post natal clients.

A personal trainer with years of experience, Lawrence was capped by Wales at university level in rugby union and then played for Cardiff RFC; he currently plays for London Scottish. Excellent at understanding his clients needs, Lawrence combines traditional approaches with a creative flair for new and challenging exercises, ensuring his clients never get bored.

Mario Michael is one of only 15 qualified Muscle Activation Techniques (M.A.T.) specialists in Europe. Following a successful decade as a personal trainer, Mario travelled to study at the M.A.T. institute in Colorado directly under founder Greg Roskopf and is fully qualified as a Biomechanics Consultant. M.A.T corrects muscular imbalances in the body and dramatically improves functional capability. In bringing this revolutionary technique to London, Mario hopes to make it accessible for everyone.

Tim is a kickboxing and martial arts specialist, who has trained in Australia under Charles Poliquin, to learn the BioSignature Method. This discipline looks to address hormonal imbalances using training and supplementation to achieve fat loss from specific sites on the body.  Tim works very specifically in either 6 or 12 week courses of personal training packs, which includes nutritional support.  Tim gets dramatic results – you will see changes in body shape and composition in a very short time.

Charlotte graduated from the New Zealand Institute of Sport and has developed her skills with further qualifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and Les Mills International.  She is a qualified Orthopaedic Acupuncturist.  She enjoys working on sport performance enhancement and rehabilitation, with a special interest in knees.  She also specialises in weight management, postural correction and core conditioning.  Charlottes training is based around functional movement patterns to iron out muscle imbalances and postural problems.

Sam is a highly qualified personal trainer with a strong sporting background. Scouted by Queens Park Rangers Football Club when he was younger, he continues to play at a high level. Sam’s approach is to ensure his sessions are varied and challenging, and he specialises in strength training and weight management. Following on from his NASM qualifications he’s currently training as a Strength & Conditioning specialist.
